John Hixson, graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administrative degree in 1983 and Georgia State University with a Masters degree concentrating in financial planning in 1984. He was employed by Magnolia Financial Corporation. In 1988, he received the Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Phil received his J.D. from University of Texas and has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America by U.S. News & World Report.
