John Hixson, graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administrative degree in 1983 and Georgia State University with a Masters degree concentrating in financial planning in 1984. Phil received his J.D. from University of Texas and has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America by U.S. News & World Report.
