What is Rachel’s Challenge?

Rachel’s Challenge began as a school and community based character development programs in 2001. It is based on the life and writing of Rachel Scott who was the first victim of the Columbine school shooting tragedy in 1999, Rachel’s Challenge was created to equip and inspire people to replace acts of violence, bullying, and negativity with acts of respect, kindness and compassion. Her story is making a positive impact in the lives of millions of people every year through powerful live presentations, leadership trainings, community events, staff training and corporate functions.  Watch this 5 minute video to learn more:

Rachel’s story of kindness and compassion, set against the backdrop of the Columbine tragedy, is one that produces an intensely personal, reflective experience; an awakening of the innate desire for human connection and the urge to take immediate action.
