Rachel’s Challenge Corporate Program is a one-day Corporate Motivational & Training Event that surrounds the story of a young girl whose life was cut short by the Columbine shootings in 1999.

The program takes Rachel’s inspirational story and combines it with practical tools to help a company grow both as a collective group and as individuals.

Through this one-day event, your entire workforce will hear the motivating, true story of Rachel’s life and mission. Your company’s management and leadership teams will then receive five hours of experiential workshop training that takes Rachel’s four challenges and applies them to practical business skills. At the conclusion of the day, the entire workforce will feel more empowered and leaders will be confident in their ability to lead a culture shift within the workplace.
