John Hixson
John Hixson, Board Chairman, graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administrative degree in 1983 and Georgia State University with a Masters degree concentrating in financial planning in 1984. He was employed by Magnolia Financial Corporation. In 1988, he received the Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. John is constantly sought after as a speaker and expert on many financial topics. |

Michael Cress serves as Chairman and CEO of MD Cress & Associates, LLC, a national healthcare advisory firm. Prior to MD Cress & Associates he was an executive with national healthcare companies to include Cornerstone Healthcare Group and Kindred Healthcare. Mr. Cress is an advisor to several companies to include Linley Capital, an international private investment firm based in NYC and the Stiefel Nicolauss healthcare research group based in Baltimore MD and serves on several boards to include Rachel's Challenge, Lift Up America, KAS Consulting, Little Helping Hands, Texas CEO Magazine and Trusted Care Network. Ryan Hollingshead
Ryan Hollingshead earned a Master's degree in education and administration from Adams State University where he was also captain of the football team. Ryan has been a teacher, coach, and dean of students at Thunder Ridge high school in Littleton, Colorado and is currently head football coach at Castle View high school. |

Paul Leroue, former Board Chairman, currently the CEO of a marketing consulting group called Telocity has 25 years experience in the corporate world and assists in organizational development for several organizations. Leroue had been Rocky Mountain Clothing's president. Before that he worked as president and CEO of Reebok/CCS Fitness in Denver, director of marketing for Reebok International in Boston, and brand manager and regional director for Coors Brewing Co. in Golden. |

Don McCandless works as a project manager in Colorado. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Sandy Scott
Sandy Scott, Rachel's step mom has played a major role as co-founder of Rachel's Challenge, as well as contributing to its ongoing success . She has traveled around the world helping establish the school program, along with her husband Darrell. Sandy has functioned as accountant, office manager, event coordinator and now is in charge of personnel relationships. |

Darrell Scott
Darrell Scott is the founder of the Rachel's Challenge program. He has spoken to over five million people in live settings around the world, not counting the millions he has spoken to through programs such as Oprah, Larry King Live, CNN, and the Today Show. He has authored or co-authored five books, and meets with politicians and educators regularly concerning issues of school violence. |
